Escorts, Incalls, and Massage Parlours

It’s not unusual for a Private Investigator to seek evidence of prostitution or encounter it by chance.

When I was doing surveillance, I followed quite a few prostitutes. I followed them to hotels, homes, massage parlors, and once during the 80’s, to a popular street corner. An associate recently followed one to court.

Proposed Change to Ontario Corporate Law

Proposed amendments to the Ontario Business Corporations Act would reduce the requirement for Canadian resident directors from a majority of directors to 25 per cent. Proposed changes would also eliminate residency requirements for transacting business at directors’ meetings and for appointing a managing director.

The Bill received its first reading October 19, 2006.
